Shipping and Handling
We will ship your order within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. However, in the case of personal checks,
we ship 10 days following the deposit of the check.
We offer the following shipping methods:
US Priority Mail
Standard UPS Ground
We are not responsible for items shipped that are uninsured.
We strongly suggest that your item be insured against loss or damage. If you decide to ship via USPS, insurance is additional.
UPS shipment includes insurance.
RETURNS
We aim for your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know
if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
We must be notified, via email or fax, within 3 days if you are returning an item.
Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges, and paypal fees) if they
are in the same condition as when they left All Things Cat. For 30 days after that, it would be for credit only.
Products are not refundable if they have been damaged in any way.
