I call it "Kitty Breath." My cats have medicated food mixed with
the cooked turkey that I make for them (to be certain that they are provided with proper nutritional balance) .
Kitty Breath can also be caused by dental problems or an imbalance of bacteria
in the digestive area.
When this happens it is an indication that their intestines and stomach's good bacteria is out of balance, and
the bad bacteria has grown out of proper proportion.
So to restore inner digestive harmony, I have given them two products, depending
which one I have on hand. One is Gentle Digest, in capsule form, and the other is Pet Dophilus each has a flavor that
they like, and provides the same results. This is because they each have acidophilus and of course, petroleum
free.
I can tell when the proper balance has been restored, because the "kitty breath" is completely gone.
I just add it to their food, it is tasteless, no hassles.
I do not sell anything that my cats dislike. They also give a nice sheen to their coats.
Your cat may not eat medicated food, but his or her tummy
flora may need balancing, hence you can tell by its breath.
If the either of these products do not work, this means that your pet has a health problem, it may
be dental or other issues and should visit a vet.
I give my cats one capsule per day of the Gentle Digest, or 1/4 tsp. of the Pet Dophilus in their food, until
the situation clears. Then I stop until it is needed again.
